These Lobster Tails in Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce are rich, buttery, and incredibly elegant. Tender lobster tails are simmered in a velvety garlic Parmesan cream sauce infused with fresh lemon and smoked paprika, creating a restaurant-quality seafood dinner that’s surprisingly easy to make at home in just 25 minutes.

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 4 lobster tails, shells split
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

1. Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen shears, split the lobster shells lengthwise and gently lift the meat so it rests on top of the shell. Pat the lobster meat dry with paper towels to help it sear evenly.

2. Sear with Garlic Butter

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Place the lobster tails into the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes, turning carefully until the meat is opaque, lightly firm, and coated in the garlic butter.

3. Deglaze the Pan

Pour in the seafood stock and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir to release the flavorful browned bits from the bottom of the skillet while allowing the lobster to remain tender.

4. Make the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce

Reduce the heat to medium-low and stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce becomes smooth, creamy, and thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.

5. Finish and Serve

Return the lobster tails to the sauce and spoon the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce generously over the meat. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately with crusty bread, mashed potatoes, pasta, or steamed vegetables.
